Assistant Regional Secretary of the Baa'th Arab Socialist Party (BASP), Mohammad Said Bukhitan, reviewed here today with Turkey's State Minister for Media Affairs, Deputy Prime Minister Bülent Arınç, media cooperation relations between Syria and Turkey.
The talks focused at the coordination of joint efforts in all fields, with particular focus at Media field in bolstering of friendship bonds between the Syrian and Turkish People, highlighting the positive developments witnessed in the Syrian-Turkish relationship, not to mention the importance of historical, cultural, and social bonds.
Further, the talks touched upon party relations between the BASP and Turkey's Justice and Development Party, exchange of visits, and experience, as to deepen the relations between both Parties.
The talks also covered the new developments witnessed in the region, the role played by Syria and Turkey as to achieve Mideast stability and security, Turkey's role in Mideast Peace Process, and Turkey's stances by Syria's just struggle, under the leadership of H.E. President Bashar al-Assad, in defense of the Right, confrontation of the occupation and in the liberation of the land.
Mr. Bukhitan highlighted the standing high-level strategic cooperation between Syria and Turkey, with its open future prospects in the bolstering of the Syrian-Turkish Cooperation, especially in the fields of joint investment projects, pushing forward the process of development in both friendly States.
